We are here to ensure that students and tutors treat each other fairly. We practice a rigorous tutor recruiting process to ensure answer quality. This includes background checks, training, and interview sessions. We know you will learn from the answers our tutors provide both today and in future courses.
If you are not satisfied with the final answer, there are two scenarios by which to request a refund:
Answer delivery passed the due time
Poor quality answers are more than 20% incorrect*
In all cases, students have 72 hours after answer delivery to review. Payment is not charged until the end of this 72-hour period. In the rare event that we miss something, our tutors are responsible to ensure the matter is corrected.
*Due to honor code standards, students are solely responsible for reviewing answers. Graded work will not be accepted as proof of quality.
